Global Underwater Explorers (GUE) on Bonaire
Global Underwater Explorers (GUE) was founded by some of the world’s leading cave and wreck explorers with the idea to be able to safely explore, research and protect the underwater world and to offer high quality dive training. Buddy Dive Resort Bonaire is the only training facility in the Caribbean and South America to provide GUE courses. The GUE training on Bonaire is given by German Arango “Mr. G”, Buddy Dives’ own tech dive specialist. Transform your diving with GUE training, the highest quality of diver education, discover it for yourself!

Dive training at top level
If you just started diving after finishing an Open Water course, you can take a GUE class. Starting early makes it even easier to break bad habits and cultivate proper diving skills. Have you been diving for several years and are you an experienced diver? Even for the most experienced diver GUE’s training methodology can be challenging and educative. GUE teaches to refine your diving on a level no other training organization does. Increase your safety and control in the ocean and reduce your breathing consumption rate for longer and more fun diving! Because of GUE’s refined propulsion, precision and positioning techniques, a GUE class could also come in handy for underwater photographers. After a GUE course you will have the ability to position yourself exactly where you want to be, without effort, to get that perfect shot.

Why GUE?
GUE is committed to developing safe, skilled and knowledgeable divers (recreational and technical). The GUE system stands for the highest quality of diving education by teaching solid fundamental skills. Most difficulty in diving relates to poorly developed basic skills such as good buoyancy control and effective gas sharing techniques and the use of inefficient equipment. This could cause unnecessary exhaustion, stress and degradation of the dive site, even for the more experienced diver. By emphasizing solid fundamental diving skills, GUE training provides greater enjoyment and safeguards the integrity of the fragile marine ecosystems.
