• Minimum two years of relevant work experience;
• Must have excellent customer service skills;
• Speak fluent English. Dutch, Papiamento and/or Spanish is an advantage;
• Must be at least 18 years old;
• Be able to work irregular shifts and on the weekends;
• Must be able to work independently, take initiative and yet work in a team environment.

The Front Office department is responsible for looking after the needs of our guests on arrival and during their stay in our resort. 

Job Description:

• Checking guests in and out as well as assigning them to rooms;
• Providing ongoing assistance and information to guests;
• Performing front office activities such as, picking up guests at the airport, coordinating housekeeping schedules, assistance with car rentals, collecting payments from departing guests and looking after in-house administration.

• Excellent people skills and the ability to think/act quickly;
• Be able to work flexible hours;
• Have a driver’s license B;
• Speak fluent English. Dutch and/or Spanish is an advantage;
• Be a team player.
