May - BUDDY DIVE FREEDIVING EVENT
For the second consecutive year Buddy Dive Resort is proud to organize and host the Buddy Dive Freediving Event. Last year Karol Meyer broke the South American record on Bonaire by reaching a depth of 93 meters/305ft, with the help of her coach and friend Patrick Musimu. In May 2010 Buddy Dive welcomes Karol and Patrick again as their guests to set new records including a World Record in the Tandem No Limit category! Eager to share their passion for freediving among others, Karol and Patrick will give some presentations, and will organize a clinic. |

August - KIDS SEA CAMP
Every summer Margo and Tom Peyton, "Scuba Mom and Dad" host Kids Sea Camp with their children, Robbie and Jennifer at Buddy Dive Resort. This program offers a week of combined fun and educational dive events for kids, balancing equal time for relaxation and private time with their parents. The result is a complete program designed to give parents a memorable family dive vacation and their children an experience of a lifetime, meeting other kids from around the world, learning to dive, as well as building a bond with the underwater world. Those young people who learn this at an early age also learn to love and protect our oceans, ensuring the future of the reefs for year to come.

December - BUDDY DIVE U/W PHOTOGRAPHY EVENT In December John Wall (Manager of Buddy's Digital Photoshop and underwater photography specialist for years) invites those divers who are interested in underwater photography to join the weekly program of this event to join clinics and improve their underwater photography skills. The weekly program includes digital photo seminars and underwater photo safaris.
