Perched above the water with breathtaking views of the Caribbean's unmatchable blue green colors during the day and star-studded skies at night, the Den, with its open kitchen, offers personal service under the direction of owner manager Kirk Gosden, well-known restaurateur. Past gaining a reputation as a gathering place for visitors and locals, The Lion's Den takes its place among one of Bonaire's top spots.

Menu Highlights

Our most popular dishes are the Daily Specials and Pasta Bowls, Steaks with Style, Ocean Delights, Combo Platters and even Indian Tandoori. The Island's famous Lion Burgers, Fish n’ Chips, great Salads and many favourites. There are selections for vegetarians and a special "Cub's Menu" for the under 12's . Ice cold beers and English Ales, or wines from around the world will help complement your meal. Indulge yourself with one of our fabulous cocktails and tempting desserts.

Nights not to missed are the original 'Lobster Night' every Tuesday and Sunday is 'Prime Rib' night.

Recipe: Lion’s Lobster Thermidor (2 persons) :

A classic dish we love to prepare. Remove meat from a one kilo lobster and dice. Clean shells. Sauté with shallots (4 tsp) and garlic (1 tsp). Flambé with brandy (2 shots). Add Dijon (2 tsp) and 1 cup cream, pinch white pepper and nutmeg. Fill shells and top with St.Vincent cheese and gratinée.
